জজ কারনান has been ordered six months' jail by the Supreme Court of India for defamation of the Court by his maintaining that there are CORRUPT JUDGES in the Supreme Court, but I remember that an ex-Judge of the Supreme Court ALSO made the same accusation a few years ago when he also asserted that there are corrupt judges in the Supreme Court BUT the Supreme Court has not convicted and jailed the ex-Supreme Court judge on grounds of defamation of the Court. That is, there is no precedent. It seems that some arrogant judges think of themselves as superior beings existing on the plane of the "gods". Yet the whole world knows that the judiciary is full of unethical spineless corrupt judges who deserve to be BEATEN UP MERCILESSLY by the cheated public.
