I am sure that artificial floods are caused in Guwahati at Anil Nagar, Nabin Nagar, and Tarun Nagar (where I live) by alien cheats by CLOSING THE BHARALUMUKH SLUICE GATE at the Bharalumukh SLUICE GATE PUMPING STATION (which is in Assam's capital Guwahati, and is beside the Brahmaputra) and ALSO BY NOT OPERATING THE PUMPS THERE WHICH CAN PUMP OUT WATER FROM THE BHARALU INTO THE BRAHMAPUTRA (and very often ALSO by closing the sluice gates and not operating the pumps in Tarun Nagar etc.) to thereby PREVENT the flow of water from the Bharalu tributary into the Brahmaputra river and thus make EXCESS WATER of the BLOCKED Bharalu FLOOD Anil Nagar and Nabin Nagar (on the northern bank of the Bharalu) and Tarun Nagar (on the southern bank of the Bharalu). Ha ha ha! As simple as that! By the way, I find it interesting that ALL the Assamese TV news channels of Guwahati, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, correctly refer to the floods in Guwahati as ARTIFICIAL floods, BUT so far I have never seen a SINGLE INDIVIDUAL on ANY of these Assamese TV news channels of Guwahati ever stating the SIMPLE TRUTH that the ARTIFICIAL floods in Guwahati are caused by the deliberate CLOSING of the SLUICE GATE at Bharalumukh etc. and by deliberately NOT operating the pumps at Bharalumukh and Tarun Nagar etc. The ridiculous reason ALWAYS given for closing the big Bharalumukh iron sluice gate is that the level of the Brahmaputra river is rising - so what? - this argument is downright RIDICULOUS because of the well-known and very elementary principle of science which says that water always flows DOWN and NOT UP; when Fancy Bazar and Panbazar (in Guwahati) which are beside the Brahmaputra river are NOT being flooded by the Brahmaputra, HOW ON EARTH could Anil Nagar, Nabin Nagar, and Tarun Nagar, which are on a HIGHER LEVEL than Fancy Bazar and Panbazar, be flooded at all by the Brahmaputra - by the water of the Brahmaputra river rising UPWARDS - UPHILL - against gravity?!! UTTER NONSENSE!!
