NO FUTURE ?
I wonder if females who have been repeatedly RAPED over billions or millions or hundreds of thousands or thousands or hundreds or tens of years or over years or months or days or hours or minutes can have ANY future in connection with a puritanical God. (It would be natural to ask, how do I know He is puritanical? A further natural question to ask would be, IF we assume that He is indeed puritanical, CAN He change His puritanical attitude to raped females? Only the future will tell. But that is an evasive answer to a very serious question that is worrying God knows how many females. Yes, I agree that this does sound like an evasive answer, but how on earth can I answer a puzzling question that has perplexed Me for a long time? Much would depend on extenuating circumstances and on empathy and sympathy and semantics and the definition of words, I guess. So there is hope? I don't know. How brutal can One get?)

আমার শ্বঁশুর (প্রয়াত) আমার (প্রয়াত) মেয়ের নাম নন্দিনী (a synonym of "দেবী" দুর্গা) রেখেছিল, আর আমার মা (also প্রয়াত) আমার (প্রয়াত) মেয়ের নাম সরাসরি দুর্গা রেখেছিল - কারণ আমার (প্রয়াত) মেয়ের জন্ম "মহা" অষ্টমীতে হয়েছিল - এটা নাকি দারুণ রহস্যময় ব্যাপার যে আমার (প্রয়াত) মেয়ের মৃত্যুও (কত আর কাব্যিক শব্দ ব্যবহার করব ! - by the way, যারা বাংলায় কাঁচা, তাদের জ্ঞাতার্থে জানাই যে প্রয়াণের সরল বাংলা হচ্ছে মৃত্যু, death, আর প্রয়াত মানে হচ্ছে মৃত, dead, "late") also হয়েছিল এক "মহা" অষ্টমীতে - অর্থাৎ আমার মেয়ের জন্ম আর মৃত্যু দুটোই "মহা" অষ্টমীতে হয়েছিল, কিন্তু তাই বলে আমি কেনই বা মেনে নেব যে আমার মেয়ের নাকি "দেবী" দুর্গার মত "অলৌকিক শক্তি" ছিল ? এটা ত স্রেফ উদ্ভট কল্পনা! আমি দেবতা দেবীদেরকে মোটেই পাত্তা দেই না অথচ আমার কপালেই কিনা double dhamaka! (এটা কি ইচ্ছাকৃত ব্যাপার?) Anyways (আজকাল আমি প্রায়ই শুনি Anyway replaced by Anyways!), আমার সব সময় মনে থাকে যে শ্রী ভগবান ত অত্যন্ত মামুলি দেব-দেবীদেরকে তোয়াক্কা করেন না ! বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য: আমি atheist/নাস্তিক না, কিন্তু আস্তিকও না ("আস্তিক" মানে ভগবানে বিশ্বাসী) - এটা অদ্ভুত হেঁয়ালি মনে হতে পারে - তবে একটু গভীরভাবে চিন্তা করলে রহস্য উদ্ঘাটন করতে সক্ষম হবে !
