All the sophisticated-sounding detailed scientific exposition by poor Dr. Isaac Asimov boils down to this simple appeal to God: "Dear God, we all want to become immortal - will You please tell us HOW we can become immortal." I think God would reply that He is SURE that MANY heavenly angels like Jesus and Peter and many others know secret herbal extracts that can revive the dead (which is practical immortality) and reverse or forward aging and cure blindness and leprosy and cancer etc. and transform one's body into a plant or animal or stone and back and that there are MANY TOP SCIENTISTS who can easily perform these miracles and many other miracles that are even more fantastic miracles heavenly angels (good and bad) are completely unaware of.
